Bawabu Penzi Prospero, "Perro"

Perro lives with Eeva Mäkinen & Petri Nieminen in Turku. Nowadays he has a canine friend - German Shepard Fasu - temporarely living with them. Perro´s official name means "beloved Prospero". His call name Perro is Spanish and means dog. :-) Perro is not very tall dog, 64 cm at withers, but there is no mistaking him for a bitch. Perro has lot of substance and bone. Perro is ridged but the box of his ridge is too down the lenght of the ridge, this is a cosmetic flaw on a Ridgeback and therefore Perro is registered as not for breeding.

Perro is true sweetie in temperament. He is calm and thoughtful. Gets along with everybody, he is happy and energetic. Eeva has done really good with Perro, the duo has been active in agility, obedience as well as lure and oval track coursing. I hope to see them at trials during year 2004. Eeva had a history with RRs prior to having Perro, her cousin Nina had a Ridgeback dog Paku - FIN CH Lövfallans Blizard. Now Niina has Perro´s half brother Rufa - Bawabu Sharufa Siaju - whom makes an excellent play mate for Perro.
