IS CH Bawabu Sulemani Salimu, "Askur"

Askur stayed and amused us until he was cleared to enter Iceland on the 5th of October 2003. He is the second RR in Iceland, there is a prior bitch import in the country (Mohagets Marion AKA Otra) from Sweden. Askur´s official name is Swahili and means "to greet piecefully", Sulemani also means King Salomon. Askur then again is Icelandic and means "Adam", quite suitable considering the facts.

Askur´s family consists mother Kolbrún, father Helgi and their daughters Guáný, Brynja, Sunneva & Chihuahua bitch Agla. They used to run a sheep farm and also breed Icelandic horses at the picturesque Icelandic cuntryside . Nowadays they live in the capital of Reyakjavik. Askur is a very nice, balanced and strong built youngster. He moves very nice with long effective stride. He is wheaten coloured with brown eyes. Kolbrún has also planned Askur a life as a show dog. In Iceland there are only three dog shows per year. Askur got his first CC already at 10 months and by 21 months he had received four CCs at four streight shows. One could say that he easily finished his Icelandic Conformation Champion title and is well on his way to becoming an International Champion. Way to go chap! Askur has been Mentality Tested with approved result and is gun shot proof.

Askur is very joyful & mischevious character with very healthy appetite :-). He has the most innocent and expressive face ever. Askur is nimble and not afraid of anything. He is always happy and seems to think that the whole world lays at his feet. He is an explorer, likes to take his chances and it never crosses his mind that he might get hurt. I am sure that his family will not have a dull moment with him around. I am sure that we will hear of this chap in the future.
